All financial transactions on the h55game Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h55game does not charge currency conversion fees; however, third-party payment processors — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, and SadaPay — may apply their own transaction fees independent of h55game's control.
Deposits: Funds deposited into your h55game account are available for wagering purposes only. Deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the deposit page of the Platform at the time of transaction. h55game reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

h55game makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party data feed disruptions, or connectivity issues beyond h55game's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
In the event that h55game is found liable to an account holder under any cause of action, h55game's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the account holder into their h55game account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit h55game's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by h55game's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
h55game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, h55game will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is the account holder's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms, as published at h55game.net/terms-conditions, shall at all times govern the relationship between h55game and its account holders.
